Uniform Information - UNIFORM TURN IN WAS MAY 19!!. Orchestra fees must be paid in full (and uniform returned at the end of the school year) in order for a student to receive their uniform or for grades to be released at the end of the year. If you have not paid your fees or have missing pieces of your uniform, please contact Grayson Stokes or log-on to CHARMS and make the appropriate payment. Thank you very much for your help!
Students are required to arrive in the correct concert attire for all concerts. This includes NO JEWELERY (girls may wear small stud earrings only) We suggest that students leave jewelery at home when we are in concert.
GIRLS black closed-toe shoes for girls, black tights. Leave enough time to have your dress hemmed before the first concert (alteration shops get very busy at this time of year!) PLEASE do not cut the dresses to shorten them as we will need to use the dress next year and the person who gets it might be taller and would be unable to wear the dress if you cut it off! Thanks for your help!
BOYS black dress shoes, socks and white tuxedo shirt for boys.
Any missing/damaged pieces will be charged as follows:
Bow Tie $15
Cummerbund $15
Tux $165
Dress $90
Bag $25
Please contact Dani Beckett if you would like to be put on the volunteer list!
We appreciate your help! This is a wonderful way to get to know other parents and our fantastic orchestra students!
